Director of Technical Services

2005 - 2010

In a volunteer capacity, designed, developed, enhanced, and maintained the PMI Baltimore chapter website (http://www.pmibaltimore.org/), working with content providers around the state. Maintained website (using commercial hosting provider), developed custom-built databases to meet the needs of the chapter leadership and website. Implemented custom scripts to provide additional services to public and chapter members. Coordinated with chapter leadership regarding vision for the website; implemented enhancements to move toward that vision regularly. Enhanced chapter membership by providing customer service to inquiries sent to the chapter’s information email address.
